June 5 -6, 2024 saw the GlobalEyes team of CEO Paul Millman and COO Lauren van Tol leading a training event on Homestay Recruitment and Retention in Vancouver, BC. Participants from eleven schools and school boards in BC and Alberta participated in this two-day training event.
The GlobalEyes team has now presented this training session five times in four provinces, meeting a very specific need of clients and other interested participants.
Joe Dominguez, a client and participant from Coast Mountain School District shared, “[The training] was definitely helpful. There was a lot of new information that we didn’t know about recruitment and retention. We have implemented some of the ideas we learned and we feel confident that it will bear fruit.”
