The GlobalEyes Network’s CEO Paul Millman was in Fredericton, New Brunswick, October 24th and 25th, 2023, to present at the annual NBISP Homestay Summit. Millman shared his knowledge and expertise in a workshop titled Homestay Recruitment and Retention.

More than forty participants were guided through best practices and activities to create and generate geographic-specific ideas, as well as building a framework for the development of an annual plan.

Participant feedback was positive and focused on the opportunities to share ideas, build a plan, and approach recruitment and retainment from new and creative angles.
