May 30 – 31, The GlobalEyes Network delivered in-person training on Homestay Recruitment and Retention to representatives from four Ontario school boards. Participants from Halton District School Board, Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board, Limestone District School Board, and Upper Canada District School Board were in attendance. Also included in the training were representatives from several private homestay companies including Canada Homestay Network, Educatius, and Silong International Education.
