Further to training provided at the NBISP Homestay Coordinators Conference in November, The GlobalEyes Network provided additional online education in March and May, 2023. Using both specific learning materials and Zoom-based polling tools, online training allowed these learning opportunities to be delivered to over 30 participants per session.

GlobalEyes delivered these online training sessions focused on the topics of Homestay Selection, and Managing Difficult Conversations. Exit surveys shared a high degree of participant satisfaction and we continue to explore further training opportunities for the future.
