The GlobalEyes Network Appoints Paul Millman As New CEO

(Halifax, NS) The GlobalEyes Network, an international student program incubator, announced today that Paul Millman has been appointed as the new CEO of the company, stepping into the leadership role alongside fellow co-founder and CSO, Ben MacKeil. An experienced business executive and international education specialist, Millman will officially assume responsibilities on August 1st, 2021. The organization has been in startup mode for the past 18 months, developing a complete management suite for schools and governments to enable the development and growth of bonafide K-12 international student programs.

“With our product development nearly complete, it is a perfect time for Paul to start as CEO and lead our strategic launch. He is so well connected in the international education community, having built one of the largest and most successful programs for international students in North America. We are delighted to have his expertise as we look to help other jurisdictions and schools replicate his ISP success,” said MacKeil. “GlobalEyes is poised to make waves in the sector, helping bolster Nova Scotia and Canada’s impressive global reputation. Paul is the perfect person to oversee this complex responsibility.”

Millman helped found the Nova Scotia International Student Program (NSISP) and served as its Executive Director for 24 years, building a reputation around the world as one of the industry’s top experts. More than 18,000 international students have come through the program, taking away a life changing experience while studying in Nova Scotia. He worked with the ethos of Nova Scotia as Canada’s “Education Province” encouraging students to come for high school and stay on for university, employment, and beyond. Many former NSISP students remain in the province as immigrants today.

“The GlobalEyes team has acquired considerable knowledge related to international student programs, amassing the largest and most comprehensive ‘how-to’ platform anywhere in the world. I’m confident that I can help with the matchmaking required to get this business flying,” said Paul Millman, CEO.

The GlobalEyes Network exists in the international K-12 sector and provides training and development strategy on all aspects of international student programming.
